LAHORE: (Thursday, July 04, 2024): Punjab University Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Khalid Mahmood inaugurated the decorated hall for the preparation of co-curricular activities of students in the Directorate of Student Affairs here on Thursday. In this regard, a special ceremony was organized in which the Director Students Affairs Dr Muhammad Ali Klasra, Registrar Dr Ahmed Islam, faculty members, students and employees were present. In his address, Prof Dr Khalid Mahmood said that the students of PU are very talented. He said that students should take full advantage of this hall in preparation for competitions. He appreciated the efforts of Director Students Affairs Dr Muhammad Ali Klasra for giving best results to the students of PU despite limited resources. Dr Klasra thanked the VC Prof Dr Khalid Mahmood and hoped that the 70-seated hall would help students in preparing for co-curricular competitions including qirat, naat, essay writing, speech declamation, drama, dialogue, poetry etc.
